Refund policy

At MEZOCLO, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy carefully.

1. Return Request If you wish to return a product, the first step is to contact our support team. Please send an email to: info@mezoclo.com

Your request must include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A short video showing the condition of the product

These materials are required for us to evaluate your return request.

2. Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the product was delivered. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused
  • The product must be in original condition
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification

3. Return Shipping Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. The product must be shipped to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. MEZOCLO is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

4. Inspection Process After we receive the returned package, our team will perform a product inspection to verify:

  • The product condition
  • That the item has not been used
  • That it meets the return eligibility requirements

5. Refund Processing If the return is approved, we will begin the refund process. Refund processing may take 5–15 business days depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Non-Returnable Situations Returns may be refused if:

  • The product has been used
  • The item arrives damaged due to improper return packaging
  • The return request was submitted after the 30-day return window
